It is not! We are your personal maintenance department, fully running on proven systems and SOPs.

You will gain access to your personal Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Manager, an after hours team, and a backup team to cover your personal MC during their well-deserved days off.

 

You will also gain access to price estimators who ensure your invoice pricing is fair and a vendor onboarding team who is constantly evaluating vendors and expanding our preferred vendor list as we expand.

We do not. You will see which vendors we work with, and of course how much they charge.

We make a profit through vendor discounts

 

  1. We only work with vendors who charge the market average price, or below.
  2. From this amount, we receive a 12% discount. Our vendors are happy to provide that, because we get to keep them busy all year long. Growing companies often pay between 25%-35% on sales and marketing cost. Everybody wins. Everybody is happy.

 

The proof is in the pudding. Our appliances are well below the cost at retail stores. We could charge more, but homeowner savings are a main priority to us. Same goes for HVAC replacements.

For starters, we can prove we are well below market pricing on both GE appliances and on HVAC replacements. That’s easy to prove.

 

Then second, our vendor network provides below average cost on other maintenance services, because we send them lots of work. We have built strong relations through the work we receive from property management companies, which is our background. 

We use one of the leading PropTech software companies, called Rentvine. This allows for full transparency between yourself, the landlord, the tenants and the vendors. You will be able to monitor every single communication, and you will stay in control at all times.

All of our team members are experience maintenance coordinators, with a background in handling tenant Service Requests for property management companies. We actually help property managers manage their maintenance as well. Our systems are built to handle service requests at scale, and we do so on a daily basis.
