I started my career as a flight attendant, where I honed my customer service skills and learned how to thrive in dynamic, high-stakes environments. When the pandemic hit, I made the decision to pivot into property management, where I took on the role of Maintenance Coordinator. After three years, I was promoted to Maintenance Coordinator Manager, where I now oversee all aspects of property maintenance for multiple properties. My leadership philosophy revolves around collaboration, clear communication, and continuous development—values I’ve carried from my aviation experience into my current role.
I’m Bea, also known as Amber, and I’ve had the unique opportunity to navigate two very different industries in my career journey. I spent five years as a flight attendant, providing excellent customer service while ensuring passenger safety. This role helped me develop strong interpersonal skills and adapt to a variety of customer needs in high-pressure environments. Over time, I gained a deep understanding of airline safety protocols, emergency procedures, and inflight operations, contributing to a positive and safe travel experience for passengers.
My transition into property management came in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, where I pivoted to a career as a Maintenance Coordinator. I now oversee the coordination of property maintenance, ensuring timely repairs, working closely with vendors, contractors, and tenants. I take great pride in keeping properties safe and functional, especially during such a challenging time. The satisfaction of resolving maintenance issues and ensuring a high standard of living for tenants is incredibly fulfilling.
The most rewarding aspect of my work is leading a team and ensuring that properties meet safety and quality standards. I’m proud of my ability to coordinate emergency repairs, long-term projects, and preventive maintenance while managing resources effectively. It’s fulfilling to know that my efforts contribute to the well-being of residents and the smooth operation of the properties under my care.

I’m also passionate about leadership and continuously strive to enhance both my skills and my team's performance. Outside of work, I love traveling, which continues to be a part of my life due to my aviation background.
