My Journey

I began my career as a Customer Service Representative for an online clothing retailer, developing strong communication and problem-solving skills. I then became a Vendor Specialist at a property management company, gaining valuable experience in vendor coordination and maintenance.

Joining CAVALRY was a pivotal moment, where I learned the principles of structured maintenance. Within three months, I advanced from Vendor Specialist to Maintenance Dispatcher and then to Maintenance Coordinator. This unexpected journey ignited my passion for elevating tenants’ quality of life and strengthening property management practices. CAVALRY taught me the importance of a systematic approach, focusing on proactive solutions and long-term success. I’m excited to keep growing alongside CAVALRY, contributing to a team that strives for excellence and helping shape the future of property management.

What I Love About Coordinating Maintenance

I enjoy overseeing and completing maintenance requests, documenting each work order, and ensuring successful resolutions. It’s rewarding to know my efforts directly improve residents’ lives and give property owners peace of mind.

Most Fulfilling Part of the Job

The best part of my job is seeing satisfied tenants and receiving positive feedback from property owners about property maintenance. Contributing to a well-maintained living environment brings me great fulfillment.

Hobbies & Interests

In my free time, I enjoy watching documentaries and listening to true crime stories. I love solving mysteries and piecing together puzzles as if I’m part of a resolution team.
